ReplyDeletejust focus now on cleansing yourself. a binge is disgusting, but its not part of who you are. wash it out. water. start there. get urself a huge jug of the clear gold and drink till you think you'll throw up. wait till it goes down and keep going.. rinse urself out. your body wont keep holding it when it realises theres loads of it where it came from. feel the false fullness it gives you, and relish the real void is creates. thats whatt i do. love you :)
