Did it again.

I know I said I never would again on a school night.


But I did.
I always eat so much when I come home.

HOW DO I STOP?!?


I can go through the day eating hardly anything, but as soon as I come home, BAM, food food food food, washed down with food food food food.

Woke up at 171.8 this morning.
This evening was 170.8.
After the binge was 172.0.
After the purge, now, 170.4.




Fuck, I hate myself.
Here comes the headache.

  1. Dont beat yourself up we all do it and we all regret it! I personally have learnt to just focus on doing better from this moment on!! If i get myself worked up I usually end up eating more!! I hope you feel better soon =)

    I used to have a blog awhile ago but now I am on a journey to recovery, to better eating habits so I have created a new blog!! I chose to follow people who have distorted eating as I feel they understand what I am going through a lot better and wont judge me if I have an out of control day =) I would be great if we could support each other =)

  2. It's the same with me. Throughout school? No problem, but when I get home.. ugh.

    I have to get straight into doing something when I get home, (it's usually homework) or go for a walk or something.

    It happens to all of us.
